ISMS and PIMS Policy

Corporate Prime Solutions Inc. (CPSI) is dedicated to maintaining information security and privacy (confidentiality, integrity and availability) through continuous improvement by measuring and assessing the risks associated with important information assets and applying effective measures to mitigate those risks.

CPSI shall establish an information security and privacy management system to appropriately address business risks and changes in the risk environment and to establish and maintain response strategies. The company will work to maintain, further develop, and revise the system by establishing objectives for information security and privacy.

CPSI will take appropriate measures to protect information assets from threats such as accidents, hindrances or improper activity that whould prevent the assests from being from being properly utilized and to prevent information assets from being lost, damaged, altered or divulged.

CPSI will provide the necessary education and training to all employees and will carry out business while recognizing its social responsibility to use and manage information assets appropriately.

CPSI will comply with the legal requirements of Canada and other countries related to information security and privacy, internal company standards and contractual security and privacy obligations.

CPSI will strive to continuously make improvements by reviewing this information security and privacy policy and its management measures on a regular basis, and as necessary, within the framework of the information security and privacy management system.

This information security and privacy policy is supported and complemented by other policies, procedures, standards, and other ISMS and PIMS documentation.CPSI supports the following objectives:

The WLS SCS couples a comprehensive information security management baseline incorporating ISO/IEC 27001:2013, a leading international standard for information security management, with additional lottery-specific security controls representing current best practice.
